The lack of an inclusive transfer is baffling for such a pricey spot!!! Dining options are extraordinarily overpriced for the quality offered. More transport options around the resort would aid in navigating its sprawling layout!!!

Absolutely everything. I consider myself a critical person, I like that hotels treat their clients well and offer a personalized treatment. When you arrive they assign you a person who is in charge of helping you with everything you might need during your stay. Suzy, thank you very much for your education, kindness and professionalism, for responding promptly to all our requests and making our stay a dream one. The restaurants are beautiful, with varied options for vegans/vegetarians. The pool is spectacular and not too crowded, thanks to the controlled access from the beach. They offer complimentary lime and orange water and are grateful for the heat and humidity. The villas are amazing, comfortable, spacious and super clean. The staff comes twice a day to clean and tidy them. It is a big complex in the middle of the jungle, you can see monkeys and komodo dragons wandering around, it is a real immersion in nature. We return home with an excellent memory of this hotel. Thanks to all the staff.
Excursions and massages are very expensive, you pay to stay in a luxury hotel.

The lush tropical gardens are fine. We loved our Beautiful Pavilion-it was spacious and had a cozy sitting area where we enjoyed morning coffee. The breakfast spread was delicious, especially the fresh fruit, which fueled our days at the beach.
Some dishes were slightly pricey but worth it.

Everything - truly a leading hotel of the world!
Lack of lower budget food options, the pool bar dinner cost more than the one at the upscale Thai restaurant!

The gorgeous gardens and beaches created a stunning backdrop during my visit. Service was wonderful, though the crowded public beach and occasional noise from arriving boats detracted from the experience. The resort's dining options were excellent, particularly the Thai restaurant.

Beautifull, romantic location with professionell Service
No privacy! Even breackfast was not possible with hundreds of tourists visiting the beach! No free internet in the room for a roomprice of 1000,-US$!!!! My three days booking was charged directly with the check in and for the reimbursement of 1000,-US$ I still wait!!!(I stayed ohnly two days!)

the view from the room and the grotto was great .....
Its a fancy hotel that charged us so much money for the room and over and above that for transportation that i thought was not done for a resort like that and also extra charge for room service was just bad ... 200 THB for room service extra ...

fine proximity to amazing beaches and vibrant local dining
This place blew my mind with the beautiful beaches just a short walk away and the variety of authentic restaurants and bars nearby, great for leisurely strolls and delicious meals that enhance the experience of visiting this paradise. As a solo traveler, I appreciated the spacious and luxurious beautiful pavilion that offered a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring the captivating sights around the area, but the food prices at the on-site restaurant felt a bit steep compared to local options.
